Work doesn’t have to be so hard.

The goals of a business don’t have to clash with what makes humans happy and healthy.

Every year, companies pour millions into crafting mission statements, launching strategic initiatives, and reorganizing their structures – yet they often overlook the simplest truth: we’re all human. And what makes humans happy and productive is not a mystery.

As Peter Drucker famously said, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast.” When you align how people naturally thrive with where the business wants to go, you unlock extraordinary results.

They’re not as far apart as you might think.

A peek into how I see myself and the world.

I’m a recovering perfectionist who’s learned the hard way that unreasonably high standards aren’t sustainable—for me or anyone around me. I still work hard and get things done, but now I do it with more awareness, more humility, and a lot more grace.

I’m an extrovert who thrives on understanding people—what drives them, what frustrates them, and how they make meaning of their work. If you point me toward a problem worth solving, I won’t let go until I’ve made progress.

I need room to create and explore new ideas. I work best with others who ask bold questions, value truth over comfort, and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo. I have a track record of navigating power dynamics with both candor and care—and I know how to defuse even the biggest egos in the room.

I believe work can be a powerful path for personal growth. Adult development isn’t a destination; it’s an infinite game. You can’t change the world meaningfully without first understanding yourself—because insight, not control, is what moves the needle.

I’d love to hear from you.
